We need at least 50% of all Delta workers to sign a union card in order to file for an election. It’s your federally protected right to unionize. Your signed card will never be seen by anyone at Delta Air Lines.
Signing a card is not a “yes” or “no” vote for the union. It is simply stating that you believe we deserve to have a vote and decide for ourselves if representation is for us.

Many ways to get involved
Our path to victory becomes shorter and faster every time a worker gets involved. That can range from simply signing an Authorization Card, to joining the inside committee and collecting cards. When it comes to A-Cards, there are two important things to remember. One, Delta will never find out who has or has not signed a card. Two, they are not votes either “yes” or “no” for the union. It is simply stating that you believe we deserve to have a vote and decide for ourselves if representation is for us.

A key part of our victory comes from your public support. Delta has shown time and again that they are a PR company that flies planes. They prioritize their profits and image above all else. Putting public pressure on Delta will provide us momentum and force them to the negotiating table.
