Leading in profits but lagging in pay
In 2023 alone, Delta made 40% of the industry’s profits on 20% of the capacity. That’s more than United, American, Southwest, and Alaska COMBINED. Despite these record profits, ramp, cargo, and tower agents are nowhere near the highest compensated in the industry. In most categories, we rank 3rd, 4th, or 5th.

Delta's union busting is disgusting
From the beginning of our organizing drive, we have encountered a vicious, coordinated anti-union campaign being run by Ed Bastian and Delta Air Lines. Their strategies range from destroying pro-union material, intimidation, captive audience meetings, and in certain cases, with chilling regularity, calling the police on organizing employees.

Sick of having to "Just make it work"
Every day, workers raise issues about short staffing, broken equipment, and loading flight after flight with no time for a simple water break. Only to be told by station management to “Make it work.”
We are fed up sacrificing our safety and well-being for Delta to make billions in profits that the workers who generate them will never see!
